Archaeology
Excavations are currently taking place which will help us to understand the form and function of the castle buildings. There are currently four archaeological projects being carried out on site. These projects are coordinated and overseen by the site director, Paul Sherman.
History
Historians are researching the lives and times of key figures in Lathom's history, people who played an important part in the local, regional and even national affairs of their time.
